Suggest a better descriptionMake sure that the water is 115? F. Mix yeast in warm water, add sugar, potatoes, and then melted butter. Mix powdered milk, 3 C. flour, salt in large bowl. Add yeast mixture. Stir until well blended. Add Additional flour (up to 2 3/4 C.) Knead for no longer than 10 Minutes. Place in well greased large bowl. Cover. Let rise until double. Roll out and form rolls as desired. Brush with egg. Let rise until double. Bake at 350? F. for 8-10 minutes.
