"Incredibly light and tasty. These were a fantastic way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. The only guess was what is considered a "moderate oven". I used 350 F on a convection oven, so I would recommend 375 to 400 on a conventional oven for 15 to 20 minutes. We prepared the recipe exactly as it is written, and it was great. I am sure that you could add cheese, bacon, and other seasonings to suit your personal taste, but I would recommend making them just like the original recipe before you change anything. Simple and quick, so if you are in a hurry, this recipe is for you."

I added sharp cheddar, and roasted garlic. I also made them a bigger (rolled them as larger balls) and served as a main. Next time I will add vegetables to it maybe broccoli. :) Thanks for sharing your recipe. It was super easy to make.

These potato puffs are very good! Yes I will make them again. I had them with beef chick wagons, corn casserole, and mac & cheese, yuuuummy!

I made these to go with dinner tonight and they were DELICIOUS! I used instant mashed potatoes and also added in some olive oil along with the egg. I sprayed the top with some cooking spray. I baked them at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. They were perfectly golden on the outside and creamy on the inside. I will definitely make these again! So light and good!

So happy to get this recipe i've been dying for one and here it is my little cousins are kinda hard to take care of at times i be happy when my auntie comes over and i give her a breat so i kinda become super mama. I see it as being prepaired for once i get married and have kids. Well since i'm with them all day i try ro keep them occupied and busy with activities so now i can make them mini hamburgers and potato puffs and it seems quick and easy
