Awesome potato salad - even better if you use home made mayonnaise
Cook potatoes for around 10 minutes - they should be tender but not soft. Cook eggs for 10 minutes. Let potatoes cool for 20 minutes for 20 minutes before mixing. Then mix all ingredients together.
