Suggest a better descriptionCook whole potatoes in hot water until tender. Cool to room temperature.
Peel and cut into bit size cubes. Add apple vinegar with salt and pepper, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Peel and chop hard boiled eggs and add to potatoes with green onions as well. Mix thoroughly. Add miracle whip and mix. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
