Mixed with French dressing it gives a gorgeous flavour boost to plain potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a pan and cover with cold salted water. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 mins until tender. Drain, cool and tip into a bowl.
Add cornichons, capers and parsley.
Season with salt and ground black
pepper. Pour French dressing into a jug and whisk in mustard ketchup.
Pour over potatoes and stir everything together. Chill until needed.
