Mrs. Thompson's Recipe
Precook chopped onion and celery in butter - 1 minute on high in microwave
Mix soup and milk to make sauce
Break up canned chicken or tuna in casserole dish and add soup/milk sauce
Mush bag of potato chips - small pieces
Add onion, celery and chips slowly to casserole dish - fold in chips
Microwave on medium for 8 minutes or oven 350 F for 30 minutes
