Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven 400 degrees . Pass potatoes through a food mill or ricer. Add butter, seasonings, and egg yolks while potatoes are hot. Put the mixture in a pastry bag with a star tube. Squeeze out onto cookie sheet into desired shapes. You may brush lightly with egg wash for greater browning. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
