Suggest a better descriptionHEAT oven to 350 degrees. Butter a baking sheet. Whisk bread flour, cake flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Work in shortening until mixture is combined. Beat eggs and buttermilk, then stir into flour mixture to make a shaggy dough. TURN dough out onto a floured surface. Roll out to 1/4" thick. Cut out biscuits using a 2 1/2" round cutter. Rerolling scraps as needed. Transfer to baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake until golden and puffy 20 min. Transfer to cool slightly. SERVE warm...
