This isn't fancy, but it's darn good.
Spead mustard on bread. Place pastrami on 1 side and kraut on the other.
Close the sandwich and cut in half.
Dig in, or share half with a friend.
I used my home made pastrami. See recipe # 159307. It was WAY better than store bought.
