Suggest a better descriptionWash the asparagus and break of the hard ends. Discard the ends. Take a strip of prosciutto and cut it half so that you have two long strips. Smear each half with a thin layer of cream cheese. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around three asparagus, starting at the bottom and spiraling down up to the tip, making sure that the cream cheese is on the inside and is not visible. Continue doing this until all the asparagus are wrapped. Next, add 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil to the bottom of a pan with a lid. Add the asparagus into the pan (you may need two pans for this). Drizzle the asparagus with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper over all the asparagus. Put the lid on the pan and turn the fire on to low heat. Wait one minute after you hear the oil begin to sizzle, before flipping over the asparagus. After five more minutes, turn off the fire and squeeze half a lemon over the asparagus. Put the asparagus on a plate and enjoy.
