An easy to make hors d'oevre which is sure to impress, prosciutto wrapped figs are great with champagne.
1. Wash, dry and quarter the figs.
2. Cut each slice of prosicutto into four long strips (cutting parallel to the long side), then halve each strip (cutting parallel to the short side). This will give you 16 strips total.
3. Wrap each fig quarter in a strip of prosciutto. The proscuitto should stick to the fig by itself, but if you wish you can skewer with a toothpick for easier serving.
