Easy but good recipe. Use a rack or upside down tin foil pan in roasting pan to set the pork on.
Heat oven or roaster to 275(F). If convection oven 265(F).
Mix together the dry rub ingredients and apply liberally to the Pork Butt.
In a roasting pan pour in beef broth, or other liquid as mentioned above.
Place Pork Butt on rack or upside down pan in roasting pan.
Roast covered for 4 hrs. I uncover the last hr. or so .
Oven temps vary.....after 3 or 4 hrs check to make sure you are getting the slow cook you want to make it easy to pull apart.
