Mmm... Try this! You won't be dissapointed. This is a quick cake to make if your in a pinch.
I recommend adding 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans to the brown sugar, butter, flour topping. Adds tremendous flavor and also gives the coffee cake a much needed crunch:)
