Pumpkin Pancake

A wonderful beakfast dish. You can serve with syrup or whipped Cream.

Ingredients

4 cups Bisquick
2 cups Milk
4 tbsp Canola oil
4 tbsp Sugar
4 Eggs
1 can Pumpkin; (15 oz.)
2 tsp Allspice
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Clove

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients on med for 2 to 3 minutes a little lumpy is OK. Pour into a greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown, test with toothpick. Cut into squares add whipped cream and cinnamon.

These are delicious! I cut this recipe in 1/2, added just a tablespoon or two of more milk, a bit of vanilla and cooked them on the griddle. I will definitely make them again.
