Pumpkin is very healthy for you. Here is a yummy smoothie that incorporates pumpkin and pecans.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 scoops Low fat butter pecan ice cream
1 cup Canned pumpkin
1 cup Skim milk
2 tablespoon Vanilla whey protein powder
2 teaspoon Ground flaxseed
6 Ice cubes

Original recipe makes 2

Servings  

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for several minutes or until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!

Note: Make sure that your flaxseed is indeed ground prior to putting it in.
