Best Pumpkin Pie Ever
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Line crust with foil. Fill with dried beans or pie weights. Bake until edges begin to brown
and crust is set, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove foil and beans.
3. For Streusel: Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in medium bowl. Add butter; rub in
with fingertips until coarse meal forms. Stir in nuts.
4. For Pumpkin Filling: Whisk pumpkin, sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
5. Whisk in 1 egg at a time.
6. Whisk in melted butter, vanilla, and cream
7. Pour into prepared crust.
8. Sprinkle streusel over filling. Bake pie until streusel is golden and filling is set, about 45 minutes
