Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 425 degrees F. Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, first 3 spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and bake additional 15 minutes. Combine last 7 ingredients and sprinkle on top of pie. Return to oven and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch form crust comes out clean. Cool.
Some recipes add 1/4 cup cold butter to streusel topping and cut in until it resembles coarse bread crumbs.
