Nice pumpkin spice cake which can be iced or covered with a shake of powdered sugar
Beat all ingredients together. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost.
You can glaze the cake but its very rich - simple powdered sugar is a great topping.
