Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp of sugar and butter. Press into bottom and 1 inch up side of spring form pan (sprayed or greased first)
Beat cream choose 3/4 cup of sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Remove 1 1/2 cups of batter. Stir remaining sugar, pumpkin and spices into remaining batter.
Spoon half of the pumpkin batter into crust; top with spoonfuls of half of plain batter. Repeat layers; swirl with knife.
Bake 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
