Old family favorite.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and precook pie shell for 5-7 mintues.
Take out of oven and add remaining ingredients that have been previously combined.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees; continue baking until firm (approximately 20 more minutes).

cchm13 6y agoUsed bacon instead of ham, only because I didn't happen to have any ham on hand, but this was a very good quiche Lorraine! Not runny, flavors melded nicely together, cooked beautifully. Family loved it! Will definitely be making this again. Paired it w/the Pizza Pasta Salad recipe from this site. Many compliments from my family.
