Mushroom & Onion Quiche
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Cook mushrooms & onion in a pan on medium heat with a little olive oil until soft and a little brown.
3. Combine eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt & pepper in a bowl and beat until smooth.
4. Layer the cheese, ham, mushrooms and onion in bottom of pie crust.
5. Pur egg mixture on top.
6. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set
