2. Add tomatoes, salsa, chili power and sauté, keep warm
3. Cover bottom of 9 by 13 pan with enchilada sauce
4. Put sauté mixture in the 8 tortillas, rolling each one up
5. Top with enchilada sauce, pour extra salsa down middle and sprinkle with cheese
6. Cover and bake at 450 degrees 15-20 min
7. Pour sour cream down middle, garnish with green onions
