This is a great side dish that only takes a few minutes to prepare. It is moist and flavorful, and also low carb. You can easily half this recipe for smaller groups.
1. Add all ingredients except for the French's onion into a medium sized pan, mix well and turn on medium heat.
2. Cook for approximately 10 minutes over medium to medium high heat until thoroughly heated.
3. Remove from heat, cover with French' s fried onion and serve.
