My favorite meatloaf recipe

"I used 1.25lb of Ground Turkey, I covered the meatloaf for 45 minutes and then during the last 15 minutes I put the ketchup on top and baked uncovered.
The meatloaf was a big hit! I paired it with cheesy mash potatos and green beans. I will be making this one again for sure!
I only gave it 4 stars because the recipe is vague and I wish someone would edit it, do not use 2lbs of meat seriously."

Excellent, didn't use bell peppers or ketchup. With the two pounds of meat it took a bit longer than an hr,but was very tasty. Will make again.

Such a good recipe, easy to make. Didn't have tomato sauce so I used a can of creamy tomato soup. My boyfriend loved it! Will be keeping this recipe for future use. :)

Very good! I used Turkey ground and tomato sauce on top. Skipped the stuffing. .

I love this easy recipe. It's a base-you can add anything you like to it. I also use 2 lb. Turkey instead & it wworks every time.

My husband and I enjoyed this meatloaf. It was moist and had nice flavoring because of the stuffing mix. I did not add the diced onion or pepper because I didn't feel like chopping. Maybe I will add it the next time I make this meatloaf.
