Make in the microwave!
Peel and slice apples. Put in a baking pan.
Coarsely chop graham crackers, add brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon; mix well.
Melt butter and add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Microwave on high 14-16 minutes or until tender.
Serve warm topped with ice cream.
Oven method: preheat oven to 350F; cover the dish with foil (loosely). Bake 45 minutes, uncover, and bake 5-10 more minutes.
