marybradshaw 4y agoKnowing how bad canned fruit is, what with all the sugar and it being so old by the time you eat it, I used fresh frozen fruit. I thawed it a little. Assuming you used the juice from the can, I added non fat milk and a little extra stevia for sweetness. Quick and delicious.
TwylaCooks 5y agoNice recipe, very simple to prepare. I did change it up just a bit. I added a tablespoon of honey and reduced the amount of sugar to suit our taste. The smoothie was delicious.
