Add Rice to onions and stir in
Lower heat and sprinkle and mix in curry powder
Add the stock, bring to the boil and then simmer for about ten minutes or until cooked
Stir in the crene fraiche and a bit of pepper
Add the fish and stir through the rice
then pop in the parsley and then the egg
