Ready in 30 minutes
This recipe is very simple and the soup is tasty!
"This was awesome!! I used diced tomatoes in stead if stewed mainly because I'm lazy and didnt want to pull them apart :). Great soup all around. Never would have thought to use hamburger helper, genius idea!!"
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in Dutch Oven (at least 5 quart size) until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in warm water, sauce mix (make sure to dissolve in water), bay leaf, salt, pepper and tomatoes (with liquid); break up tomatoes with fork. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Stir in noodles and vegetables; cover and cook 10 minutes longer.

jessicarice 3y agoThis was delicious...I used stewed tomatoes with added Italian seasonings (next time I'll just use diced tomatoes rather than breaking up the tomatoes).
cynlor 4y agoi was a little doubtful about the hamburger helper, but this soup turned out delicious. great recipe!
