Rachel's Potato and Double Corn Chowder

Ready in 45 minutes

This has to be one of the easiest recipes ever. Just toss everything into the crock pot and it's ready when you get home from work!


16 ounces Frozen hash brown potatoes; thawed (4 cups)
1 15.25-oz can Whole kernel corn; undrained
1 14.75-oz can Creamed corn
1 can (12 oz) Evaporated milk
1 medium Onion; chopped (1/2 cup)
8 slices Bacon; cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Original recipe makes 4



Mix all ingredients in 3? to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 8 hours (or on high heat setting 3 to 4 hours) to devolop flavors. Stir the bacon in at the end of the cooking, so it stays crisp.
