1. Mix together the first four ingredients with fork/ whisk in a large bowl.
2. Add fruit and toss well.
3. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
4. Stir in basil just before serving.
5. Sprinkle the top of each serving with nuts and garnish with any remaining basil leaves.
