1 c Coarsely grated carrots

2 tb Finely chopped fresh
1/2 lb Radishes; trimmed and grated
1/2 c Thinly sliced red onion
3 c Finely shredded cabbage
1/2 ts Sugar
2 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tb olive oil

Original recipe makes 1 servings



In a bowl toss together the radishes, the cabbage, the carrots, the onion, the lemon juice, the sugar, the oil, the coriander, and salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4. Gourmet April 1991

Good except for the fact that it is dry! I doubled the lemon juice and oil and it was still dry. I then added 2 Tbsp of Marie's coleslaw dressing and then it was very good!
