Ramen Noodles in a heathly way...


Ingredients

1-2 bags salad blend; your choice
2 green onions; chopped
1 pkg. ramen noodles; crushed in back and discard seasoning
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2 T. sesame seeds
1/2 stick butter
DRESSING
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce

Original recipe makes 6 Servings

Preparation

Saute noodles, almonds, sesame seeds in butter until lightly brown. Mix with lettuce.

For dressing: boil for 2 minutes and cool.
