1/2 c Salad oil
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Raspberry vinegar
3 tb Raspberry jam, seedless
1/2 c Macadamia nuts; toasted
1 1/2 c Raspberries, fresh
8 c Spinach leaves; torn

Original recipe makes 1



Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl.
