real simple - zucchini and ravioli
Cook ravioli as directed, drain and return to pot
Heat oil in skillet, add zucchini, salt and pepper to taste and sauté on medium heat 4-5 minutes (until tender)
Add garlic and cook another 2 minutes
Add zucchini mix and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to ravioli, toss to mix
Plate and top with remaining parmesan cheese
