Mix flour and egg until it is not sticky. Roll out on board. Let sit for 30 minutes. Then run through pasta maker levels 1-5. Fill with mixture of ricotta, spinach (drained), salt, pepper and nutmeg. Boil in salted water for 10-15 mintues until they float.
