Suggest a better descriptionTo prepare the crust,, place walnuts, pecans, orange juice and dates in a food processor and process until the mixture has the consistency of pastry dough. Press the mixture into an 8 inch glass pie plate to form the crust.
To prepare the filling, place coconut meat, coconut juice/water, banana (optional), dates and ground chia seeds in a blender and process until completely smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Garnish the edges or the pie with shredded coconut and raisins or pine nuts.
