2. Boil the shrimps, then cut in half after stripping the hard shells.
3. Chop the cucumber in vertical slices. Drop in cold water; drain in a colander.
4. Shred the lettuce into 5 mm width. Peel carrots and slice vertically.
5. Cut the stems from the cilantro if too long.
6. Spray a bit of water on both sides of the rice paper. Place on a large plate.
7. Arrange the fillings near the front instead of the middle of the rice paper. Roll and seal. Cut into bite size pieces.
