Suggest a better descriptionLightly Grease pans. layer the Toast, Cream cheese and Blueberries. Then top with Bread Cheese and Blueberries.
In a large bowl, Mix Eggs, Half and half cream, vanilla, maple syrup.
Pour mixture over the bread Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove Bread from frig about 30 min before cooking.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Cover and bake 30 min.
Uncover and bake another 25-30 minutes longer until center is firm and surface is lightly browned.
In a pan mix sugar, corn starch, and water. Bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook 3-4 minuites Mix in the other 10 cups of blueberries. Reduce heat simmer 10 minuites until the blueberries burst.
Stir in the butter and pour over the baked French toast.
