Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9 by 13 in pan.
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add picante sauce, beans, echillada sauce, olives, and salt. Cook until bubbly.
Layer: 2 cup chips on bottom of pan
1/2 of the beef mixture
2 cup chips
1 1/2 cup cheese
remaining beef
2 cups chips
remaining cheese
Bake for 35-40 minutes
