Cake from my childhood.
Preheat oven for 350°. Mix dry ingredients together in mixing bowl; then sift into ungreased oblong pan. With spoon make 3 depressions in mixture, pour in oil in one, vinegar in second, and vanilla in third. Mix and blend until batter is smooth. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cake springs when lightly touched.
