Bring the first 6 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and stir in couscous. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in kidney beans and remaining ingredients. Serve hot or slightly chilled. Recipe by: Southern Living
mogriff1 2y agoWhat a delicious dish! I pulsed my onions, celery, peppers and onion in the food processor and added it into my sauce with the rest of the ingredients and let boil/simmer.....then I added the cous cous. I didnt have red beans, so I used pinto beans. This is the best tasting cous cous dish I ever had! All flavors worked together perfectly!
