Suggest a better descriptionCook onion and garlic in butter over low heat until onion is tender (about 10 minutes). Stir frequently to avoid sticking. Add all other ingredients, except hot dogs. Heat until flavors are well blended (about five minutes). Split hot dogs lengthwise and arrange split side up in shallow pan. (Do not cut all the way through.)
