Absolutely delicious. Just made it and I love it! Will go perfectly with red rice. Tomorrow's lunch sorted.

I made this last night for my wife and I. We both really enjoyed it. I'd probably add a little chilli if it was just for me though.

Great recipe, tastes yummy, but incomplete instructions and ingredients list - '2 medium curry powder' for example, medium what?

We added a red pepper which added a splash of colour. Delicious thank you,

Love love love this recipe and can't wait to make it again! I tried it with some added chicken and also without. Both versions are delicious.

I made this last night and added a bit more broth (chicken). It is a favorite at our house

This is a delicious meal with some good rustic bread.

I added two peeled tomatoes and a little extra curry and increased the amount of stock. My wife is not a avid eater of eggplant but she said this is her new favorite soup. Thank You,

It was delicious. I added a few bits of cooked chicken to it (increased point value by 2). Really tasty. Excellent
