Very tasty and easy to make. The Gruyere cheese is a little more expensive; however, it goes great with the shrimp.

1 9-inch pie crusts
6 ounces shrimp; cooked and peeled
1 cup Gruyerre cheese; Shredded
2 Eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon green onions; chopped

Original recipe makes 4 Servings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly spread shrimp on the bottom of the pie crust Sprinkle with grated cheese Beat together eggs, sour cream, green onions and salt and pepper to taste Slowly pour the mixture into the pie crust. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes. When an inserted knife comes out clean, it is done.

First time making quiche. I modified because of cheese expense and I wanted tomatoes so I sautéed shrimp, tomato, onion and garlic. I also would recommend cooking up til the 40 minute mark. I placed on broil for crispy top

It doesn't state how long to cook it at 350 degrees.
