2. Spray topside of tortilla with spray butter.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
4. Making sure the tomatoes or drained put on top of parmesan
5. Sprinkle basil on top of tomatoes
6. Making sure the lobster is dry sprinkle on top of tomatoes
7. Sprinkle the cheese blend evenly on top
8. Brush a pizza pan lightly with oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper
9. Place pizza on pan and cook 4-5 minutes
Cut into wedges
Be sure the tomatoes and the lobster is drained of excess liquid before sprinkling on shell or pizza will turn out soggy
