Red Pepper Dip

1 c Drained sweet roasted or
Pimento peppers
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 Jalapeno pepper seeded
2 cl Peeled garlic
1/3 c Virgin olive oil
About 1 tablespoon
1/3 c Pecan pieces

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree. Add pecans, pimento peppers, olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in Parmesan, if desired.
