Rich in flavor red snapper baked with herbs, lemon.
This is a very healthy, easy to make and absolutely delicious recipe to make for a family dinner.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Wash fish and pat dry. Salt and pepper the fish and sprinkle with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Make the diagonal cuts across the fish (like 2-3), and insert the garlic into the holes. You may also put 2 slices of lemon and 1-2 peeled garlic cloves inside the fish. Put the Red Snapper on the baking dish or the foil and pour the port over it. Cut the tomatoes and arrange it around the fish.
Put the fish in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.
You can serve the fish with the salad, fresh vegetables and any side dish you like.
Enjoy!
