Different twist on goulash
Heat skillet. Add olive oil. Sauté diced onions. Add garlic & basil. Add seasoned salt & pepper. Add ground beef&pork. Cook 4-5 minutes until browned. Add diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cook medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, dice carrot and add to skillet. Cook for 45-50 minutes. Add 1/2 cup red wine. Continue to cook covered over low heat for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve over cooked egg noodles and top with Parmesan cheese.
