Suggest a better description1. Place the wine, rosemary, bay leaves, thyme, onion, garlic, and olive oil in a large shallow baking dish and stir to combine. 2. Add the steak and turn to coat both sides. 3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. 4. Heat the grill, remove the meat from the marinade, season on both sides with salt and pepper and grill 6-7 minutes on each side. 5.
