Very tasty. Folks that don't really like fish will love this one.


Are you making this? 
4 Redfish fillets
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 7/8-oz pack Hollandaise Sauce Mix; 1-7/8 oz pack
1 4-oz package shrimp; (up to 8oz), thawed & drained

Original recipe makes 4



Place fillets in lightly greased pan. Sprinle with lemon juice, salt & pepper and set aside.

Prepare hollandaise sauce according to pacage directions

Add shrimp to pan.

Bake fillets uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain liquid & pour on hollandaise sauce over fillets & bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes.

What really makes this great dish stand out is if you have your own hollandaise sauce and use it instead of the pack. It is just too easy though to use the pack. Enjoy! [I posted this recipe.]
